DELIVERY INFORMATION
•Deliveries will be via truck for small items and loose aggregate or HIAB lorry for larger goods and jumbo bags.
Once your order is placed we will contact you to arrange delivery, which is normally within 5 working days, subject to geographical restrictions
Pricing
Product prices shown on our site exclude delivery charges which is added during checkout. Our charging policy for orders is as follows:
- FREE delivery within a 2 mile radius of the Acle depot
- £12.00 up to a 5 mile radius
- £18.00 up to a 10 mile radius
- £24.00 up to a 15 mile radius
- £30.00 up to a 15 mile radius
- Over 25 miles £30 + £1.25 per mile after the 25th mile
- If an order requires several deliveries, we charge per delivery/load
Click & Collect
At our Acle store (in Norfolk) is FREE. Please call us to confirm your collection to avoid any delay.

Orders can only be sent to one designated delivery address (which can differ from the billing address)
If for some reason we are unable to deliver your order, we will endeavour to inform you within three working days.
Deliveries will be Monday – Friday between 8am and 5pm
